What your dealership can expect from becoming a client:
- We review at least 18 months of financial results including Technician hours sold, gross profit, effective labor rates, expenses, and the list goes on. The data is then compiled into 12 month averages on our custom spreadsheets for trend review. Reviewing this amount of information on a month by month basis might seem excessive however provides a custom plan before we even set foot in your dealership. All fixed operations are reviewed in this manor including body shops if the dealership has one. Advisor results are also charted to review individual trends and develop an action plan to improve results.
- We train your existing staff on the proper processes to improve customer retention and gross profits. Advisor training is performed one on one as the importance of this position is understood. Managers also receive individual training with new goals set for the team. The Technicians have a luncheon that gives them an understanding on what is being developed and how it can improve their personal income over $10,000 a year if followed.
- A small to mid-size dealership receives three days from our consultant trainer at your dealership.
- A written report is sent after every visit for dealer principle or general manager to review.
