CONSULTING PROGRAMS
Advisor Gold
This program provides individual contact directly with your advisors, coaching them on the proper way to care for customers and achieve improvement in all critical areas of day to day operations. They are trained and given The Professional Service Consultant program. A commitment is asked for them to be the professional. Then, individual goals are set and results monitored on a regular basis. Coaching with individual advisors is given by phone or in person along with ways to improve their results and processes. This program gives strong encouragement and proven methods to stay the course with steady improvement.
Management is also made aware of progress and given a report directly.

Manager Gold
Managers are given proven ways on an individual basis how to get results from their employees and improve processes. They are trained with the 5 to 1 management principle and given many ways to build the team. Realistic goals are set and committed to individually. Suggestions are given on operational problems based on proven result processes.
Follow up is done by phone or in person to track results. This gives Managers a great source of knowledge to review concerns in a non threatening way. Management is given a follow up report, which tracks critical numbers and progress. Management may also be given operational suggestions for consideration.

Gold Standard
This is a total review of fixed operations that includes The Professional Service Consultant training, and the Professional Service Technician training while onsite at your dealership. Fixed operations are reviewed in all areas. Performance numbers are reviewed as well. This review and training generally take three days per dealership location. A report is prepared for dealer principle that gives recommended changes in their operations, and lost revenue opportunities for growth.
Parts and Body shops receive proven ways to prosper their departments and control costs.
Gold Elite
This is a combination of all the programs to achieve maximum results on an ongoing basis.
