When presenting the up-sell package, the customer's cost of the services drops to a reduced price due to the dealership pack. The Platinum package should include flushes at around 36000 miles to insure the ultimate vehicle care. You could also offer a coupon good for a few hundred when they trade in their car since the dealership understands the need for maintenance and values retained customers.
