  • Or 90 Days of consecutive RO’s (b)
  • OEM Response – Days: 30
  • Increases Begins After OEM Receives submission unless disputing results – Days: 30

State Inclusion/Exclusions

  • OEM Special Events/Promotion.
  • Internals & Reconditioning.
  • Parts Sold At Wholesale.
  • Engine and Transmission Assemblies, if dealer agrees to be compensated for those assemblies with a handling charges instead of retail parts mark-up.
  • Routine Maintenance, including but not limited to, Fluids, Filters, Belts.
  • Nuts, Bolts or Fasteners unless included in otherwise qualified repair.
