  • Number of Qualifying RO’s (a): 100
  • Or 90 Days of consecutive RO’s (b)
  • OEM Response – Days: 30
  • Increases Begins After OEM Receives submission unless disputing results – Days: 30

State Inclusion/Exclusions

  • OEM Special Events/Promotion.
  • Internals & Reconditioning.
  • Parts Sold, or Repairs performed At Wholesale.
  • Routine Maintenance, including but not limited to, Fluids, Filters, Batteries, Bulbs, Belts, Nuts, Bolts or Fasteners unless included in otherwise qualified repair.
  • Accessories.
  • Tires, Wheels, Alignments.
  • Fleets and Gov. Agencies.
  • Body Shop, Insurance, Extended War. Road Hazard, Collision, Theft, Vandalism, Negligence.
  • Goodwill Policy.
  • Repairs on Aftermarket Parts – for parts submission not labor.
  • Vehicles owned by franchisee or employee.
