  • Increases Begins After OEM Receives submission unless disputing results – Days: 30

State Inclusion/Exclusions

  • Only retail sales not involving warranty repairs, parts covered, or parts supplied for routine vehicle maintenance, shall be considered in calculating average percentage markup.
  • No other exclusions listed in the statute.
