State Inclusion/Exclusions
- Internals & Reconditioning.
- Parts sold at wholesale.
- Engine and Transmission assemblies.
- Routine Maintenance, including but not limited to, Fluids, Filters, Belts, Nuts, Tires, Bolts or Fasteners unless included in otherwise qualified repair.
- Repairs for which a volume discount was negotiated with a third-party payer, including government agencies, insurance carriers, and fleet operators, but not including third-party warranty companies or service contract companies. Fleets and Gov. Agencies, Insurance Carriers.
- Goodwill Policy.
- Vehicles owned by franchisee or employee.
- Glass and window replacement.
- Safety and/or Emission Inspections required by law.
