The last several months have been challenging to us all in the automotive dealership business. Most of us have been shaken to the core wondering what the future looks like in this new environment. We believe the automotive car business will come back strong in the future however new car sales will be challenging for the next several months. The emphasis needs to be placed in your fixed operations to maximize the results generated in service, parts, and body shop. We have not performed on-site visits the last several months due to coronavirus hazards. Our entire staff is excited to announce we will be accepting on-site coaching and consulting visits to car dealerships starting June 1. We will be also be accepting new dealership clients into our on-site coaching programs. Our Margin Plus program that helps dealerships get retail pricing on warranty repairs will continue the sale pricing until June 15th to help as many dealerships as possible during this tough time. We understand the need for action in today’s environment and change is necessary. We also believe those who accept change and adapt will prosper. We stand ready to help those who understand the dealership with the best fixed operations wins in both good times and bad.
